                            Rutgers, The State University

Eligibility:      Government employees presently
                            working in the Public Works Field in
                            the State of New Jersey.

                           Scholarships to be awarded annually.

Requirements

1. A member, in good standings, in the Public Works Association of New Jersey.
2. A United States citizen and resident of New Jersey.
3. Submit a letter for consideration with a brief history of your Public Works career, including any future goals.
4. One letter of recommendation from a PWANJ member who is Currently a working CPWM.
5. Award paid directly to Rutgers, The State University.
6. Applicant only eligible to win award twice.
